Fun 4th of July Treats and Friday Follow

So with 4th of July coming this weekend I was thinking of some fun Red, White and Blue treats perfect to bring to a 4th of July party this weekend or to just make at home with the kids.

Red, White and Blue parfait -

This is super easy and is a perfect one to let you little ones help you with.

What you need:
  • Strawberries or raspberries (RED)
  • Plain or vanilla yogurt (WHITE)
  • Blueberries (BLUE)
How to assemble:
  • In a clear bowl (or for a fancy alternative use a martini glass or champagne flute) layer the red fruit, then the yogurt, then the blueberries.  Repeat this same pattern until the bowl or glass is full.
  • Use pound cake and whipped cream as you WHITE layers
  • Use Vanilla pudding for your WHITE layer
  • Used pound cake and vanilla pudding for your WHITE layer
  • For an ADULTS ONLY version soak the fruit in raspberry liquor prior to preparing
Stars and Stripes Cupcakes
